Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a polycarbonate resin compsn. having excellent melt-flow characteristics and thermal stability, by blending a specified isocyanuric acid derivative.
CONSTITUTION: An isocyanuric acid derivative of the formula (where in R1, R2, R3 are each a 1W22C alkyl, a 3W22C alkenyl, an aliph. hydrocarbon group in which the sum of C+O is 3W5 and which has hydroxyl or carboxyl group, or an aliph. hydrocarbon group in which the sum of C+O is 4W25 and which has an ether linkage and/or an ester linkage) such as triethyl isocyanurate is used. 0.1W5pts.wt. said isocyanuric acid derivative is blended with 100pts.wt. polycarbonate.
