Abstract
PURPOSE: To coat a molded article of a resin easily without defatting it, and to prevent the occurrence of discoloration, unevenness of coating, etc., by applying again a primer, etc. through a release agent to the molded article before the reaction of a primer applied to a mold is finished.
CONSTITUTION: First, the release agent 13 is applied to the bottom force 11 and the top force 12 of a mold, and the primer 16 is applied to the mold (the bottom force 11) which becomes the coated surface of the molded article a of a resin. The base material 17 is prepared by high-pressure expansion or injection molding by rim method, etc., the molded article is removed from the mold, and subjected to trimming treatment.
