CONSTITUTION:The upper gusset 5 having an L shape in cross section is abutted to the corner of the upper inside of the side rail 1 having a C shape in cross section, and the flat lower gusset 2 is abutted to the lower outside of the side rail 1. The upper gusset 5 and the lowr gusset 3 are joined to be fixed to the side rail 1 integrally by fillet welding as shown by the reference numeral 6.
