Abstract
PURPOSE:To make setting of a correction signal easier by providing vibration applying signals--to which correction with respect to variable angle vibrations has been applied--to horizontal and vertical vibration applying machines of a two dimensional shaking table. CONSTITUTION:A vibration applying device 2 which causes a two dimensional shaking table 1 to vibrate in the horizontal direction is fitted facing to the wall surface in the horizontal direction, and a vibration applying device 3 which causes the shaking table to vibrate in the vertical direction is installed on the surface of a horizontal floor facing a vertical direction. A horizontal direction command signal Xc and a vertical direction command signal Zc are inputted into adders 21, 22 from that horizontal and vertical direction command transmitters 4, 5 respectively. The signals Xc, Zc are branched and squared by multipliers 23, 24. The result are multiplied at factor applying devices 25, 26 by coefficients which are the reciprocals of twice the lengths lx, lz of universal link couplings 12, 13 to be inputted to the adders 21, 22 respectively, allowing the signals to which correction has been applied with respect to variable angle vibration around joint bases 12A, 13A, to be inputted to the vibration applying devices 2, 3. Thus the setting of a correction signal becomes easier.
