Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform efficiently from assembling of cores to containing of the same into a master mold in the stage of containing the assembled cores of many cores into the master mold by means of a core setter, by transferring the cores from a core supply device to core assembling jigs with a core carrier. CONSTITUTION:When a master mold A is transferred intermittently on a master mold conveyor 1, the cores B1, B2... conforming to the specifications thereof are placed collectively by each one set on the pallet 2a on the conveyor of a core supply device 2 and are transferred. While this stops in a terminal position, these cores are detained and held by a core carrier 15, by which they are transferred to a core transfer center position T, where they are released and are placed in an isolated state on the core assembling jigs 6. Thence, the operator replenishes a number of pieces of the cores B1, B1... which are difficult to be transferred automatically to these cores in the carrier 15, after which all the cores are gathered together with an assembling mechanism 5, and are assembled to assembled cores B2. These are set in a core setter 16, and are transferred to the master mold A position, where they are released and are contained in the master mold A.
