Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a highly safe immunological activator capable of reducing the hemolytic action without affecting the immunological activating action of a lysophospholipid and angiopathy even on the continued parenteral use, by incorporating the lysophospholipid with a phospholipid.
CONSTITUTION: An immunological activator obtained by incorporating (A) a lysophospholipid, preferably a compound expressed by the formula (R1 is 5W22C acyloxy or 5W22C alkoxyl; R2 is H, OH, 1W5C acyloxy, 1W5C alkoxyl or R1 and R2 are mutually exchangeable; R3 is H or 1W5C alkyl) or a lysophospholipid consisting thereof essentially, particularly the compound obtained by decomposing lecithin, and (B) preferably a naturally occurring phospholipid, and in the dosage form of a dispersion in which the components are dispersed in a lipid cytoplasmic reticula having a particle diameter ≤0.5μ. The immunological activator may contain (C) a fat or oil, particularly edible oil, or (D) fatty emulsion.
