Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the mechanical efficiency of a delivering apparatus, by improving the shapes of intermediate receiving rollers and inner circumferences of timing belts so that there is no fluctuation in pressing force to a long article such as cable. CONSTITUTION:A moderately high peessing section 7a is formed approximately at the center and around each of the intermediate receiving rollers 7, and a groove 8 having a shape complementary with that of the pressing section 7a to mate with the section 7a is formed along the longitudinal center of each timing belt 3. Therefore, the long article 6 clamped between the timing belts 3 is given a concentrated pressure continuously by the outer circumferences of the pressing sections 7a, and since the pressing sections 7a and the groove 8 are vertically aligned, the force gripping the long article 6 can be retained approximately at constant, so that slipping between the long article 6 and rotating bodies 4, 5 is eliminated and the mechanical efficiency of the delivering apparatus can be enhanced.
