Therefore, the long article 6 clamped between the timing belts 3 is given a concentrated pressure continuously by the outer circumferences of the pressing sections 7a, and since the pressing sections 7a and the groove 8 are vertically aligned, the force gripping the long article 6 can be retained approximately at constant, so that slipping between the long article 6 and rotating bodies 4, 5 is eliminated and the mechanical efficiency of the delivering apparatus can be enhanced.
