Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to take out a steel bar from a pallet automatically with an electromagnetic device by laminated layers of captioned steel bars in the pallet one by one by inserting a spacer having frames of two different heights. CONSTITUTION:Different diameter steel bars 1 are arranged in parallel with each other so that a high frame of a spacer 7 can be located laterally, and a pallet 4-a where the bars 1 are laminated in parallel with each other is placed on a location (b) of a conveyor system 13. Then, an electromagnet 19 is adjusted, excited, only a layer of the different diameter steel bars 1 is attracted, which is taken in from a side of the conveyor 13 to a chute 26 for release. 1n succession to the above an electromagnet 25 is moved to a location (a), which attracts the spacer 7 and is moved to a location (c) from the location (a) causing the spacer 7 to be placed in a pallet 4-c.
