Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A rotor 5 is attached to the nose of a flexible tube 2. A plurality of nozzles 51 are fitted to the external periphery of a rotor 5 so as to open toward the predetermined directions, and the nozzles 51 and a flexible tube 2 are interconnected to each other. With such an arrangement, a rotor 5 is rotated by the steam pressure pressedly fed from outside, and at the same time, it injects steam from nozzles 51.
