CONSTITUTION:Sludge mixture discharged from a grinder 1 is separated into a liquid component and solid sludge and furthermore sludge (B1) and (B2) are dewatered by a dehydrator 4. Binder is dissolved and separated from this sludge by a primary separator 5. When binder is Bakelite it is dissolved and separated by caustic soda solution. Moreover, iron powder (B4) and grinding particle (B5) are separated by a second separator, and these are both reused. By this, effective use of natural resources becomes possible.
