CONSTITUTION:When a radio system or a tape system is selected with function switches S201 and S202, a radio system reproducing output or a tape system reproducing output via a preamplifier 20 is applied via a change switch 15 and main amplifiers 26 and 27, and the radio or tape system reproduced output is simultaneously listened with two sets of headphones HP1 and HP2. On the other hand, the pair mode is selected, the radio system reproducing output from a muting circuit 14 and the tape system reproducing output from the amplifier 20 are switched via a change switch S501, and either one reproducing output is inputted to the headphone HP1 via the switch 15 and another reproducing output is inputted to the headphone HP2. When the talk mode is selected with recording and reproducing switches S401-S406, conversation can be made while loading the headphones HP1 and HP2 via internal microphones IML and IMR.
