Abstract
PURPOSE: To permit idling of materials within the same pocket by providing a selecting eccentric shaft to a lever driving a moving beam back and forth, and changing the position of the eccentric shaft thereby controlling the stroke of the back and forth driving.
CONSTITUTION: A motor 12 is operated to drive an eccentric shaft 17 which drives a moving table 18 mounted with a moving beam upward and downward. At the same time, an eccentric shaft 21 for back and forth movement is revolved continuously and the moving beam is driven back and forth with a roller 28 by means of a lever 27. A selecting eccentric shaft 25 having a cam shaft 25a and a disc cam 25b is provided to the lever 27. When the shaft 25 is revolved by a motor 23, and the shaft 25a is fixed by an electromagnetic brake 25 where the cam 25b comes on the vertical line Y passing the center of the cam shaft 25a, the back and forth stroke S transfers the material to the next pocket. If the shaft 25 is rotated 90° counterclockwise and is fixed, the stroke so decreases and the material is idled in the same pocket.
