CONSTITUTION:In case of cargo work, input are the arrival of a vessel, the scheduled receipt of raw material 1, the raw material yard status 2 and the raw material use plan 3. By these inputs the receipt of material is controlled in a bath distribution calculating apparatus 4, a remaining yard calculating apparatus 5 and a receipt regulating apparatus 6 according to a long-range progress of remaining yard in such a manner that the scheduled receipt may not exceed the remaining yard, and a bath to be used and the number of used conveyer routes are investigated and controlled to shorten the total cargo hours at maximum. Then the results are displayed at a display unit 7.
