CONSTITUTION:The key valve device 1 comprises an 8 way cock having the sample introducing lines 2 and the exhausting line 3. The branch valves 4A-4C, which have the quantity measuring pipes 12, 19, and 29, respectively, and are connected to the carrier gas introducing lines 9 and 23, are communicated to the valve device 1. The samle gas is held in the quantity measuring pipes 12, 19, and 29 of the valve 4A-4C through the valve 1. When hydrogen is analyzed, it is detected by TCD 15 by switching the valve 4A. When oxygen, nitrogen, and the like are analyzed, they are detected by TCD 22 by switching the valve 4C. When hydrocarbon and the like are analyzed, they are detected by the TCD 22 by switching the valve 4B. Therefore a plurality of the analyses can be performed by one device, and the maintenance cost and the like can be reduced.
