Said controller 16 is constituted by a wire 23, transmitting operating power from an operator's seat, arm 18, changing the position of a discharging port in the chute through movement of the wire 23, and a spring 21, provided between the conveying pipe 7 and the chute, in this way, a position of the discharging port 13 in the chute 14 can be remotely controlled by operation of a control lever 22 in the operator's seat and tension of the spring 21.
