Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to perform a quick installation and removal, by a method wherein a hook of the back of a working device engages a hinge part of a hitch, a hook bin of the back of the working device is inserted into a perforation in the hitch, and the toroidal recess in the hook bin is secured so that it can be freely tightened and released by a rocking member. CONSTITUTION:A hook 50 of the back of a working device 8 engages a hinge part 30 of a hitch 6, and a hook bin 52 of the back of the working device 8 is then inserted into a perforation 32 in a rectangular flat plate 14 of the hitch 6. A potbelly type opening 40 in a rocking member 38, pivotably secured to the back of the rectangular flat plate 14 by means of an axis 36, is then caused to coincide with the perforation 32 to insert the hook bin 52 thereinto, and then, a toroidal recess 58 in the hook bin 52 engages the narrow part of the potbelly type opening 40 through turning of the rocking member 38. The rocking member 38 is operated by a manual control lever 42 to engage and disengage the hitch part 6 with and from a hook part 10.
