CONSTITUTION:An assorting and conveying apparatus comprises a tray C capable of inclining, which is disposed on traveling trucks mounted endlessly. A frame 2 of a goods placing table E for transferring goods A onto the tray C is provided with moving frames 4 positioned in the interior of front and trailing edge frames 3. A belt 6 mounted on the frame 4 is substantially triangular, and two belts 6 form an inverted triangle of concave portion G, whereby when the goods A is placed on the concave portion G, it is located at the central portion of a window portion 1.
