Abstract
PURPOSE:To raise the pitch accuracy of pole teeth by forming the pole teeth of a plate member having holes perforated by high accurate drilling and a basic board bonded to said member. CONSTITUTION:A plate member forme with a plurality of slit holes by etching, electric discharge drilling in high accuracy radially at the prescribed interval is bonded to the surface of a circular-arc-shaped basic board having the prescribed rigidity, and a plurality of pole teeth 3 are formed of the board and the member. Thus, the pitch accuracy of the pole teeth depends upon the pitch accuracy of the holes formed at the member, and the member can be obtained by precise drilling of etching, electric discharge. Accordingly, a stator having pole teeth of high pitch accuracy can be obtained.
