CONSTITUTION:Taper sleeves 8 has a taper surface 15 at its outer circumferential part, and two slits are formed in the taper sleeves 8 to make its diameter vary finely. In the ring groove 16 of a drum shaft 1, a snap ring 9 is fitted and around this drum shaft 1, the right-hand taper sleeve 8 is fitted. Then, the drum shaft 1 is inserted into the boss part 12 of a frame 2 from right and at the end part of the drum shaft 1 projecting from the boss part 12 to left, another taper ring 8 is fitted. As a result of said assembling method, the position of the drum shaft is determined by the precision of the parts of the frame due to milling work to obtain high precision, and consequently while the number of the parts is decreased, the constitution is simplified.
