Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent under-exposure photographing by turning off a power voltage detecting circuit while an exposure control circuit is in photometric operation. CONSTITUTION:While a power detecting circuit 12 shows that a power battery is still undeteriorated, the hold transistor (TR) Q4 of a power holding circuit 11 is in an on-state and a shutter is kept open via a manet Mg, so that the photometric operation of an exposure control circuit 14 is started. Simultaneously, a low-level signal is applied to an NAND circuit ND1 via a resetting TR Q13 and consequently while the output of an RS type FFRS1 goes to a low level, the output of an RS type FFRS2 stays at the low level during the photometric operation. Therefore, the hold TR Q3 of the circuit 11 turns on via an inverter IN4 to detect a voltage drop by the circuit 12, and even when the TR Q4 is turned off, power is applied from the circuit 11 to the circuit 14, so that the circuit 12 is turned off substantially during the photometric operation. Thus, the open shutter is never closed during the photometric operation owing to a drop in power voltage, preventing under-exposure photographying.
