Accordingly, communication between an inlet port 25 and outlet port 26 is controlled in accordance with operation of a linear motor 30. And then the first and second optical fibers 40, 41 are air-tightly held to a body 27 by a fiber holder 42, further arranged to be at a face-to-face position to a reflecting surface 43 formed to the bobbin 32 performing the displacement integrally with a movable linear motor 30.
