Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to maintain measuring accuracy for a long period of time by reducing rotating resistance and improving durability, by providing, in the direction of rotation center, teeth to be cut in pitch curve configuration. CONSTITUTION:In teeth-cutting positions of all the teeth-equipped sections, and in the direction of rotation center to the maximum possibility, and by minimizing variation of teeth-contacting pressure angle, and also by taking care so as not to allow negative to occur, respectively different basic rack teeth are cut. And, for instance, odd-number teeth sections 1'-13' prevent increase in teeth-contacting pressure angle by using cycloid curve, and even-number teeth sections 2'-12' prevent occurrence of negative by using involute teeth. It is possible, by doing so, to provide all of the teeth sections 1'-13' with positive teeth-contacting pressure angle and improve durability by smoothening teeth- contact rotation, and therefore, it is possible to obtain a displacement flowmeter which has less rotation resistance and is able to maintain its measuring accuracy for a long period of time.
