Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a developing agent which consists of a dispersion solution under 3 by mixing inorganic acid and a dispersion agent after dispersion treatment into the binder consisting of calboxy denatured styrene butadiene latex and water soluble polymer and in which sedimentability is prohibited. CONSTITUTION:Acid zinc in 0.5-2pts. calcium carbonate, talc, inorganic pigment selected from kaolin in 5-20pts., phosphate, a dispersion agent selected from fatty acids in 0.01-1pts. are pre-dispersed with pH 7.5-10.5 and solid matter concentration of 30-60wt%, and it is treated with a dispersion machine that uses a medium. Further, a binder selected from carboxyl denatured styrene butadiene latex and water soluble polymer is mixed, so that it becomes 1-25wt% of the total solid matters to produce a developing dispersion solution with volumetric average grain diameter under 3mu in order to prevent sedimentability and improve wear resistance.
