Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve performance of a compresor, by removing moment conventionally caused in a turning scroll, that is, by applying a load to the eccentric part of a crankshaft, inserted into the turning scroll, at the position of a working point of the radial load. CONSTITUTION:A crankshaft 4 is supported by a main bearing 5a and a lower bearing 7c formed to a fixed scroll 7, and an eccentric shaft part 4a is formed in the crankshaft 4, inserted into and arranged in a boss part 6c protrusively provided in the center portion of a turning scroll 6. If a radial load point F by compressed gas is represented by the lap center (a), a load point applied to the eccentric shaft part 4a of the crankshaft becomes a point (b). In this way, insertion of the eccentric shaft part 4a into the turning scroll 6 can obtain alignment of the load point (a) to the supporting point (b), then conventionally generated moment in the turning scroll 6 is eliminated, further a sealing effect of a compression chamber and suction chamber 15 with an intermediate chamber 10 can be improved, thus performance of a compressor can be improved.
