CONSTITUTION:In a subscriber's circuit, a negative impedance converter 9 for generating the negative impedance in the working frequency band is connected, also DC feed to a subscriber's line 1 is executed through a resistance 8 from a power supply 10, and the impedance matching to the line 1 is executed by the circuit containing the converter 9 and the resistance 8. As for subscriber current, constant-resistance feed is executed by 2 pieces of resistances 8 from the electric power supply 10. Also, in the signal frequency band, a resistance portion of the resistance 8 is eliminated by the negative impedance generated by the converter 9. In this way, the resistance 8 whose power consumption is large is installed to the outside of a circuit to be made into IC, therefore, electric power required for the converter 9 and a hybrid circuit 5 is reduced, and the circuit is changed to IC.
