Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a neighboring iron core from connecting with each other by an engaging protrusions by forming an engaging protrusions for an iron core at the position different from that of engaging hole for an iron core neighboring with each other. CONSTITUTION:An engaging protrusion 3a and an engaging hole 3b provided on a magnetic copper plate 1a fixes an iron core by lamination. An engaging protrusion 3a' provided at the position different from their position separates the iron core 1 from an iron core 1'. It engages an engaging hole 3b' mutually and fixes the iron core 1' by lamination. A punch unit composed of the engaging recess 3a' and engaging hole 3b is combined with a press sequential feed mold, so that the engaging protrusion 3a' and engaging hole 3b', which constitute a caulked portion 3 of the iron core 1' neighboring the iron core 1 mutually, come to the different position from the caulked portion 3 of the iron core 1.
