Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable rapid stoppage of an armature at its initial position by providing a ring-shaped flat plate at the outer-peripheral part of a spring board of a shock absorbing damper part and by holding down the edge of this flat plate by a tiltingly assembled magnet unit and a plate for fixing the unit. CONSTITUTION:On a housing plate 1 is arranged the assembled magnet unit 2 having a core 15 and a coil 16 and being formed with its pressing surface tilted. The armature 4 is supported by an axis 3 fixed to the assembled unit 2 rotatably around the axis. At the tip of the armature 4 is arranged a wire 14, while on the side of the back surface thereof is arranged the flat plate 5 serving as the spring board, and further a mass 6 is fixed to the flat plate 5.
