Abstract

PURPOSE:To clarify the processing corresponding to monitored information and to perform centralized monitor efficiently, by calling a monitoring device automatically and confirming the status, if no constant time outgoing information is received within a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:When a time operating processing section 9 receives monitor start information from each monitor terminal device, it starts a time monitoring timer for time monitoring. If the constant time oscillating information is given from information processing sections 5, 6 while the processing section 9 monitors this time, the time monitoring timer is reset to restart the time monitor timer. The processing section 9 sets a corresponding telephone number to a network control section 15 to a monitor terminal device which can not obtain constant outgoing information during this time monitor and causes time monitoring error. The section 15 is started from the processing section 9 to automatically repeat a call for a specified time to the monitor terminal device via a telephone line 015. As a result, if no response is obtained, a line failure code is transmitted and stored to the processing section 9 from an information processing section 7.
