When a voltage is applied to the panel 3, the crystal structure of the part corresponding to the light receiving surface 2 is changed and the transparent surface is closed. When the device is used, a voltage applying switch 5 is turned OFF, the panel 3 becomes transparent, and the external light is inputted to the light receiving surface 2. When the device is not used, the swithc 5 is turned ON, and the panel 3 is closed.
