Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve digital alarm display with high precision by providing a minute-unlocking wheel and an hour-unlocking wheel separately and by rotating those wheels intermittently. CONSTITUTION:A minute-unlocking wheel 17 and an hour-unlocking wheel 18 each have a ratchet on the reverse surface and are positioned on every constant- extent rotation. Numbers for digital hour and minute displays are provided on the top surfaces of both those wheels 17 and 18. When a 24-hour wheel 14 and a 1-hour wheel 12 rotate intermittently rotate until time set with the wheels 17 and 18, the sliding contact 20 of the wheel 14 and the conductor ring projecting piece 22a of the wheel 18, and the sliding contact 19 of the 1-hour wheel 12 and the conductor ring projecting piece 21a of the wheel 17 come into contact respectively, and an alarm-sound generator 27 generates an alarm sound.
