Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a means to monitor the opening and closing condition of a suction/exhaust hole from outside the valve by furnishing a member to move interlocked with the rising/falling motion of the valve element and by installing a film stretched over the top surface of the lid. CONSTITUTION:A member 7 to move vertically interlocked with rising/falling motion of a valve element 6A is installed in such an arrangement that the lid 4 is penetrated in the vertical direction and that its foremost part forms a plane with the top surface of the lid 4 when the valve is open. A flexible film 8 is streched over the top surface of the lid 4 in such a manner as covering the upper end of the abovementioned member 7 and in slack condition, and the opening/closing condition of the suction/exhaust hole 3A is indicated on the basis of change in the form of film 8. That is to say, slackness of the film 8 shall represent the opening of the suction/exhaust hole 3A while the film's 8 change in its form as swollen owing to heave of the member 7 represent the closing condition of the hole 3A.
