CONSTITUTION:A hose H is connected to an electrolyte reservoir, for example, for cars, and a recovery switch 14 is turned on to recover an electrolyte to a storage tank 37 and display on an indicator 18 through a flowmeter 6 and a residual electric power detector 7 in a controller 1. A supply switch 15 is turned on to supply a charged electrolyte from a storage tank 36 through a flowmeter 10 and an electric power detector 9 and to display on an indicator 17. The product of the difference of both energy and the rate is displayed on an indicator 18. A regenerative tank 22 is connected between the storage tanks 36, 37 and controlled with a controller 21. Therefore, all exchange works are operated automatically, and an adequate rate can be calculated.
