Abstract
PURPOSE:To miniaturize the scraper of an automatic remover for screen residue by providing the scraper on the front side of a bar screen and by directly charging the screen residue onto a conveyer provided at the upper part of the rear side. CONSTITUTION:When atuating a boom cylinder 9, a boom 8 goes up and an arm 10 comes to the position 10a by movement of a follower 18, during which a lake 12 goes up along a bar screen 3 by a guide piece 20. Also, the lake 12 keeps its nearly horizontal attitude by a detector, and screen residue is scraped up by the lake 12 by operation of the boom cylinder 9. Then, the arm 10 is displaced by operation of an arm cylinder 11 and at the same time a lake cylinder 13 is operated, whereupon the lake 12 is displaced through levers 14 and 15 and the part staying on the lake of the screen residue scraped up is charged onto a conveyer 5 through chutes 3b and 5a.
