By suitably combining attachable and detachable shielding pins 9 and inserting them in holes 81, the quantity of light in the path 5 is changed to obtain the desired extent of attenuation. By forming the pins 9 with cylindrical metal, an effect of coping with reflection is produced, and by increasing the number of shieling pins 9, the resolving power can be enahanced.
