Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture by inserting a plurality of attachable and detachable shielding pins in an optical path so as to change the quantity of light. CONSTITUTION:A pair of lenses 2, 3 are arranged between a pair of optical fibers 1, 4 to form a magnifying parallel optical path 5, and a plurality of holes 81 for inserting shielding pins 9 are pierced in the upper surface of a case 8 corresponding to the path 5 at prescribed positions where the axes of the pins 9 do not coincide with each other. By suitably combining attachable and detachable shielding pins 9 and inserting them in holes 81, the quantity of light in the path 5 is changed to obtain the desired extent of attenuation. By forming the pins 9 with cylindrical metal, an effect of coping with reflection is produced, and by increasing the number of shieling pins 9, the resolving power can be enahanced.
