Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the abrasion of a pumping tube, by providing each of the squeezing roller rotatably, coupling each of the squeezing roller with an eccentric shaft of a planet gear provided to a driving arm by a link and pre-compressing the inside of the shutting-up portion. CONSTITUTION:Because planet gears 23, 24 revolve around a sun gear 8 while the planet gears 23, 24 rotate on its own shaft by rotating of a driving arm 21, squeezing rollers 17, 18 revolve in the same direction of the planete gears 23, 24 by links 27, 28. Accordingly, the center of an eccentric axis 23a of the suction side is positioned at the outer side, so that the roller 17 rotates at higher speed than its average, and the center of an eccentric shaft 24a of the discharge is positioned at the inner side, so that the roller 18 rotates at lower speed than its average. Thus the suction side roller 17 is shut up before the discharge side roller 18 reaches the starting point for shutting-up releasing. At this, the roller 17 rotates at higher speed than the roller 18, so that the inside of the shutting- up portion is pre-compressed. Consequently, the reverse flow is occurred by the pressure difference between inside and outside of the shutting-up portion at shutting-up releasing start so that the abrasion of a pumping tube 1 is prevented.
