A controller 19 detects revolutions speeds of the front and the rear shaft by means of sensors 3a, 10a and controls a swash plate controller 18 and a valve 16 on the bases of signals of an accelerator and a brake. At deceleration, by controlling an angle of the swash plate and the valve 16, the pump 13 recovers an energy of a vehicle for storage in an accumulator 17. At the above mentioned, an energy recovery equipment is attached on the side of the driven shafts, so that a weight may be properly distributed to the front and the rear. In addition, as the driven shafts are powered by the recovered energy, a driving power may be properly distributed.
