Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the shifting of the center of rotation, by employing such fitting structure where the rotary disc side having large radial deformation due to the centrifugal force is placed at the inside while the shaft having small deformation is placed at the outside thereby fastening the fitting section during the rotation.
CONSTITUTION: A projection 4 is formed through pressing at the center of a disc 1 then the corner at the outside is cut down to form an outer fitting section, while a recess 5 is formed at the center of the end of a shaft 2 then an inner fitting section is formed at the inside, and after fitting them the disc 1 is secured with the flange at the end of the shaft 2 through a bolt 3. With such arrangement the vibration under high speed rotation which will occur when they are secured simply by a bolt 3 is prevented. The conventional defect that the disc 1 will deform radially due to the centrifugal force to cause the shift against the center of the shaft 2 thus to cause the erroneous rotation can be eliminaed by two factors that the central portion is fitted and that the fitting section will deform to the fastening direction due to the centrifugal force thus to eliminate the gap resulting in the elimination of the rotary vibration.
