Abstract
PURPOSE: A composition, obtained by incorporating an amino resin with a solution of a copolymer consisting of a hydroxyl group-containing monomer, a monomer containing phosphoric acid or phosphorous acid group,and an acrylic or styrene monomer in an organic solvent, curable completely at a low temperature and storable for a long term.
CONSTITUTION: A resin composition obtained by incorporating (B) a partially or completely etherified methylolmelamine as an amino resin with (A) a solution of a copolymer consisting of (A) 10W40wt% 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, etc. as a hydroxyl group-containing monomer, 0.01W2wt% mono(2-hydroxyethyl acrylate) acid phosphate, etc. as a monomer containing a phosphoric or phosphorous acid group and 60W90wt% methyl acrylate or styrene as an acrylic or styrene monomer in an organic solvent. The amount of the component (B) is preferably 10W50pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. component (A).
EFFECT: Completely curable at about 100°C, and improved adhesiveness, hardness, gloss, etc.
