Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the device with large damping coefficient and radial spring constant by a structure wherein the radius of at least one row of teeth of a magnetic ring is made different from the radius of yoke opposing to said row. CONSTITUTION:The radial difference of inner row Si1, is the difference of the radius of the inner row of teeth 3 of the magnetic ring 5 from the radius of the inner yoke 8 opposing to the inner row and that of outer row So1 is that of the outer row of teeth 4 from that of the outer yoke 9 opposing to the outer row.
