Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminating an impulsive noise by a noise eliminating circuit of simple constitution which eliminates an ignition noise, by providing an impulsive noise amplifying circuit with M-shaped frequency characteristics which have a valley at an intermediate frequency. CONSTITUTION:The frequency characteristics of an impulsive noise amplifying circuit 9' are set to M-shaped band-pass characteristics which are wider than the frequency band of an intermediate-frequency amplifying circuit and have a valley at the intermediate frequency of a desired signal system. Consequently, an impulsive noise is separated from a desired signal and detected. For this purpose, the separated pulse signal is supplied to a gate circuit 5 to eliminate the impulsive noise without reference to the relative level between the impulsive noise and desired signal.
