Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce a highly integrated comb type collective ellectrode with high yield, by making a plurality of grooves in one side of a graphite board then fitting a zinc plate perpendicularly while making a plurality of grooves in the other side and fitting a chlorine electrode box perpendicularly. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of grooves 6a are made with constant pitch in the side of one graphite board 1a, then a graphite zinc plate 2 is fitted perpendicularly to form a zinc electrode collective unit A. While a plurality of grooves 6b are made with constant pitch in the side of the other graphite board 1b, then a liquid permeable chlorine electrode box 3 is fitted perpendicularly to form a chlorine electrode collective unit B. The graphite boards 1a, 1b are jointed back to back such that the fitted zinc plate 2 and the chlorine electrode box 3 are shifted by 1/2 pitch.
