PURPOSE:To prevent from humming, suppress heat generation, and enable cost reduction, by forming a pair of magnetic circuits between an iron core around which an exciting coil is wound and an armature, and by providing a permanent magnet along the circuit within one magnetic circuit. CONSTITUTION:Iron cores 21, 22 are insulated and coupled magnetically by a shielding material 23 like plastics. A pair of magnetic circuits 27, 28 are formed by the iron cores 21, 22 and an armature 24 which corresponds both ends 25a, 25b to upper and lower magnetic poles 26a, 26b of one side of iron cores 21, 22. An exciting coil 30 is wound around a spool 29 at the center of iron cores 21, 22. A notch is formed on one iron core 21, and a permanent magnet 31 is inserted herein along a magnetic circuit 27. This abolishes a shading coil, prevents humming, and suppresses heat generation. Omitting the calking work enables cost reduction.
