Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare the titled compound always in high efficiency and high catalytic activity irrespective of the components and composition of the raw material, by the vaporphase oxidative dehydrogenation of a monoolefin with molecular oxygen using a novel composition as a catalyst.
CONSTITUTION: The objective compound is prepared by the vapor-phase oxidative dehydrogenation of a ≥4C monoolefin with molecular oxygen, using a composition of formula (X is Al, Ce, In, La or Nd; Y is the II-group metal element of the periodic table, Ni, Co, Mn, Pb, Sn, Ti, Cu or Sb; Z is Li, Na, K, Rb, Ce, Tl, Ag or P; a, b, c, d, e, and f are the numbers of respective atoms, and when a is 12, then b is 0.05W20, c is 0.05W20, d is 0.05W30, e is 0.01W10 and f is the number of O atoms which satisfies valencies of the other elements) as a catalyst.
