Abstract

PURPOSE:To disctiminate parts having an erroneouas dscription in a mark card by displaying an exsistence of errors when marks in a necessary and enough frames describing mark among frames desctibing marks of mark cards are not read. CONSTITUTION:When a card read start signal is inputted, an operation controlling circuit part 13 counts a synchronizing pulse of a timing mark and, at the same time, the circuit 13 reads the data of the frames describing marks at a line in accordance with the timing mark and the data of the mark card are storaged and kept in an outer memory 17. When reading of all the data is finished, the stored data is latched into each latching circuit 19, 22, 24, 26-29 in order, and the marks are decided by deciding circuits 20, 23, 25, 30-33 as to whether the marks are read exactly or not, and then the number of the designating part of the mark card is displayed as errors on a time displaying device 39.
