Retrieval data is inputted from an input part 2, is registered in a memory 3, and a data input signal is applied to a control part 4. The control part 4 gives an operation command to a retrieval system analytic part 5, and inputs retrieval data registered in the memory 3. The information retrieved from the file 1 and fetched to a retrieval part 6 is inputted to a prescribed information output device. The key word provided to the control part 4 is registered and stored in order in a key word memory 8. Also, data counted up by a key word reading-out circuit 9 are transferred to a display controlling circuit 10.
