Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent thin unit boards piled up against slippage in a method to transfer them on a metal mold by drawing out a plurality of forks succesively from the center.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of wooden thin unit boards 2 piled up with adhesives applied are placed on three or more forks 1, and transferred above a base 3 of a metal mold or the like. At this stage, a central fork 1 is drawn out at first, and thin unit boards 2 are placed on the base 3 as being bent in thier central part. Then, as neighboring forks 1 and 1 are successively drawn out, the thin unit boards 2 can be transferred without being slanted to the front or the rear. Meanwhile, when a plurality of forks 1 are fixed on a chain to be drawn out successively from the center as dropping in accordance with the rotation of a chain-driving sprocket, these boards are prevented against wrinkling caused by the friction for drawing out.
