Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate necessity of disposal of insulating oil with a deairing device, etc., and to curtail a processing schedule of field work of transpotation and field assembling of an oil- immersed transformer by a method wherein a non-pressure closed conservator fixed at the upper part of the transformer main body is transferred to the side of the main body when transportation is to be performed, and the main body is made to be in totally oil filled up non- pressure closed condition. CONSTITUTION:Radiators 2 are provided at both the sides of the longitudinal direction of the transformer main body 1, and an oil filter valve 5, an oil exhausing valve 6 are provided at the upper and lower parts on both the other sides. The non-pressure closed conservator 3 is provided on the upper face of the main body 1, and is connected to the main body 1 through connecting pipes 7, 8, a Buchholtz relay 9, and a sluice valve 10. A heat radiating pipe 4 is fixed to a receiving base 11. When transportation is to be performed after the shop assembly test is finished in the factory, a supporter 14 for conservator is fixed to the side of the main body 1, the non-pressure closed conservator 3 is fixed thereto, and is connected to the main body through a connecting pipe 15 and the oil filter valve 5. Moreover the radiating pipe 4 is removed, and a blind cover 21 is equipped. Accordingly the transformer main body can be put within the limited size of transporting height in the totally oil filled up non-pressure closed condition as it is, and a processing schedule of field assembling work can be curtailed.
