CONSTITUTION:The oscillating part of an element 8 forming bimorph is formed so that it is a series of band shape. The said oscillation part is formed as a series of band shape as shown in figure, allowing to lower the mechanical impedance of the oscillation system and to decrease the resonance frequency.
