Abstract
PURPOSE:To effectively supply electric power of one cycle to a solenoid by providing a thyristor for supplying a current during positive half cycle of an AC power source to the solenoid and a thyristor for supplying a current during negative half cycle. CONSTITUTION:A trigger pulse generator 4 generates a voltage having an arbitrary phase difference for AC power voltage via a resistor 9 and a capacitor 12. When a switch 14 is closed, a thyristor 15 becomes once capable of triggering. When the voltage of the capacitor 12 exceeds the turn ON voltage of a diac 13, the thyristor 15 is triggered, and a current is supplied to the solenoid 2 during positive half cycle. When the positive half cycle is completed, a thyristor 6 is triggered by the capacitor 22, the solenoid 2 is supplied with the current through the thyristor 6 during negative half cycle.
