CONSTITUTION:Once a fault occurs, an error detecting circuit 3 detects the error of a micro bus 2 and sends a detection signal to an interruption generating circuit 4 and a halt circuit 5. In response to said signal, an interruption signal is sent to a mu-CPU1, and consequently while the mu-CPU1 stores an RAM6 with instruction execution addresses during interruption, the interruption routine of the mu-CPU1 is started. The interruption routine of the mu-CPU1 permits RAMs 6 and 7 to prevent a runaway, and then a half-instruction-circuit driving signal is sent out via the bus 2. A half instruction circuit 8 sends a temporary stop instruction signal to the half circuit 5 by the driving signal from the mu-CPU1.
